In the event that you are not completely satisfied with the item/s in your order, Freshmans Vintage will accept the return of any product provided that the return is carried out in accordance with the following returns procedure and it meets the criteria below:
The purchaser must contact Freshmans Vintage via email to agree the return, you must notify us prior to returning your order.
All returns must be in the original condition, unused and undamaged as determined by Freshmans Vintage. All items have a Freshmans Vintage swing tag attached, if this tag is removed then the return will be void.
Please note that ANY return made as a result of a sizing issue or the buyer perception/expectation not being met will only be granted a credit note. No cash refunds will be offered in this instance.
Returns within 14 days from receiving your order from us will be issued with a credit note. A full refund in the original form of payment will be offered in the event that Freshmans Vintage is at fault for an item being not as described. A full refund is based upon the original purchase price less any processing charges incurred along with the original postage cost.
Any items returned to us in an unsuitable condition will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to sender – a cost will be incurred to do so.

MYSTERY BOX POLICY
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with the item/s in your mystery box, Freshmans Vintage will accept the return of any product provided that the return is carried out in accordance with the following returns procedure and it meets the criteria below:
We ensure that all garments are of satisfactory quality, are fit for purpose and are as described. Garments with minor fading, fabric wear and distressing are expected. A customer has the right to return an item if it is received faulty or damaged but doesn't include the above or small marks.
All returns related to mystery boxes can be refunded by either Store Credit or an Exchange. This can be used on both our Mystery Boxes or across our site for individual items that can be chosen by you, this way we can guarantee that you will be happy with your purchase with us.

We make no guarantee or warranty that any of the items in the box meet the expectations of the buyer. We only guarantee that the buyer will receive a value greater than the listed value of the box purchased (Values are at the discretion and experience of Freshmans Vintage). These prices will fall in line with our store, which ensures your purchase will meet our criteria.
We sell mystery boxes where the garments are chosen by Freshmans Vintage at random for our customers and we do our best to meet your expectations.
The cost of returning goods is the customer's responsibility.
